GHL Migration Specialist

COLAB is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Migration Specialist to remotely manage and execute client migrations to the GHL platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience migrating websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and other marketing assets into GHL. This role requires ensuring that all elements are properly configured, thoroughly tested, and fully functional after migration, maintaining the integrity and performance of client systems throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end migrations of client accounts and marketing assets into GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Migrate and configure funnels, websites, landing pages, forms, workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, contacts, and other GHL assets.
- Accurately recreate existing systems and processes within GHL while preserving their intended functionality.
- Configure domains, DNS, tracking, forms, calendars, pipelines, email/SMS workflows, and other necessary integrations.
- Conduct audits of migrated accounts to identify missing assets, broken links, incorrect configurations, or automation issues.
- Test all migrated assets and workflows to ensure they operate correctly before final handover.
- Troubleshoot migration-related issues and collaborate with team members when technical support is needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of migration progress, completed tasks, outstanding issues, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure migrations are completed within agreed timelines and meet internal quality standards.
- Follow GHL best practices and maintain a clean, organized account structure.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proven track record in handling GHL migrations and account setups.
- Strong understanding of GHL workflows, automations, funnels, websites, forms, pipelines, calendars, and integrations.
- Experience with DNS, domain configuration, tracking, email/SMS setup, and third-party integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies during migration and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple migrations simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience migrating accounts from other CRM or marketing platforms into GHL.
- Familiarity with Zapier, webhooks, APIs, Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, or similar integrations.
- Basic knowledge of websites, HTML/CSS, domains, and DNS.
- Experience with GHL snapshots and account cloning.
