GHL Specialist

COLAB is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Migration Specialist to remotely manage and execute client migrations to the GHL platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in migrating websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and other assets into GHL. This role requires ensuring that all components are properly configured, thoroughly tested, and fully functional post-migration. The specialist will work closely with clients to deliver seamless transitions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and managing migrations.
- Configure and optimize CRM systems, ensuring smooth data and asset transfers.
- Design and implement complex workflow automations and customer journeys.
- Manage sales pipelines, contact databases, and segmentation within GHL.
- Handle subscription management and recurring billing systems effectively.
- Integrate payment gateways, particularly Stripe, and troubleshoot related issues.
- Utilize tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks for automation and integration.
- Conduct thorough testing of workflows, document processes, and maintain data integrity.
- Lead CRM implementations, system launches, and ongoing platform optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, payments, and automations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Proven track record of successfully handling GHL migrations and account setups.
- Deep understanding of GHL workflows, automations, funnels, websites, forms, pipelines, calendars, and integrations.
- Experience with DNS and domain configuration, tracking, email/SMS setup, and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies during migration and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within marketing agencies is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
