GHL Specialist

COLAB is seeking an experienced GHL Migration Specialist to remotely manage and execute client migrations to the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. The ideal candidate will have practical experience migrating websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and other assets into GHL. This role requires ensuring that all elements are properly configured, thoroughly tested, and fully functional post-migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and a strong understanding of CRM migration and system configuration.
- Design and implement complex workflow automations and customer journeys within GHL.
- Manage sales pipelines, contact databases, and segmentation effectively.
- Handle subscription management and recurring billing systems with expertise.
- Integrate and troubleshoot payment gateways, including hands-on experience with Stripe.
- Utilize tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
- Identify and resolve issues related to CRM, payment processing, and automation workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive workflow testing, maintain detailed documentation, and manage data integrity throughout the migration process.
- Lead CRM implementation projects, system launches, and ongoing optimization efforts to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including migrations and account setups.
- In-depth knowledge of GHL components such as workflows, automations, funnels, websites, forms, pipelines, calendars, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with DNS and domain configuration, tracking setups, email/SMS configuration, and integration of external services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address migration challenges and post-migration issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies during migration and quality assurance processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience working within a marketing agency environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
