We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Gift Packaging Staff member to join our team. This role involves designing and assembling attractive, high-quality gift packages that include grocery items, fruits, and vegetables. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are fresh and presented in an appealing manner to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and arrange fruits, vegetables, and grocery items into gift baskets or boxes with care and precision. Ensure all items are fresh, clean, and neatly presented to uphold high-quality standards. Wrap and decorate packages using ribbons, wrapping papers, and other decorative materials. Customize packaging based on customer requests or special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Maintain hygiene and quality standards throughout the packaging process. Manage inventory of packaging materials and promptly report any shortages. Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer demands and meet deadlines efficiently. Ensure proper labeling and pricing on all packaged items to provide clear information to customers. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate positive word-of-mouth referrals. Assist with packaging and labeling merchandise for sale, ensuring products are attractively presented and easily accessible. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of gift packaging techniques and decorative skills. Strong creativity and keen attention to detail. Ability to handle fresh produce carefully to maintain quality and freshness. Good time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in gift packaging or retail is preferred. Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Education level: Intermediate (preferred). This is a full-time, in-person position. The salary range for this role is Rs35,000 to Rs40,000 per month.
