We are seeking an experienced Manager for GPON operations based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Fiber to the Home (FTTH) networks with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. This role involves overseeing the deployment, quality assurance, and maintenance of GPON infrastructure, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and civic agencies, and managing critical network data and performance indicators. The position offers a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the GPON network components including Feeder, Distribution, OLTs, ONTs, and FDHs.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely deployment of ongoing activities and perform Post-Activation Tests (PATs).
- Manage KMZ files and as-built documentation on the GIS Portal to maintain accurate network mapping.
- Liaise with civic agencies to ensure the safety and improvement of underground and aerial cable routes.
- Maintain detailed records of cable cuts and cable data to support network integrity.
- Keep comprehensive records of the extended network infrastructure.
- Lead and align teams to troubleshoot and resolve high power and low power network issues effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technologies, or Computer Sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing FTTH or GPON networks.
- Proven ability to work on-site in Lahore.
