Position Global Certification Associate- Process CoC, CNCA-related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna.
- Handle B/L verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure timely certification.
- Verify shipment documents and ensure compliance with destination-country requirements.
- Track applications, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
- Knowledge of B/L, ECTN/CTN, CoC, and international shipment documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
