Global Payroll and Operations Specialist

Giant Group is seeking a dedicated Global Payroll and Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in Lahore. This permanent role is based at Askari Corporate Tower, Gulberg III, and offers a competitive salary of PKR 2,000,000 per annum plus a monthly shift allowance of PKR 31,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm PKT, totaling 40 hours per week. As part of our mission to enable seamless global workforce management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our diverse international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly payroll processing, including reviewing error reports and performing reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Provide timely updates on live payroll progress, maintaining all key management reports in real time.
- Handle urgent payroll requests from clients and key stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to client feedback and email inquiries, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Keep all payroll procedures current and compliant with company policies.
- Support the Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with Giant Group’s Quality and Information Security policies.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in processing international payments and global payrolls.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with resilience.
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders and external clients in a global payroll environment.
