We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gloves Quality Control Inspector to join our gloves manufacturing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of practical experience specifically in gloves quality control and inspection. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure that all gloves produced meet stringent quality standards throughout various stages of production, from cutting to final packing. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of glove construction, materials, and workmanship, and be capable of identifying defects promptly to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect gloves at multiple production stages including cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing, and packing.
- Perform both in-line and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Examine workmanship, stitching, measurements, sizing, materials, accessories, labels, logos, and overall appearance.
- Detect defects and ensure that any defective products are corrected prior to shipment.
- Verify finished gloves against approved samples, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor production quality and collaborate closely with production supervisors to minimize defects and reduce rework.
- Maintain detailed QC inspection records and prepare daily quality reports.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, size assortment, and quantities before final shipment.
- Conduct random inspections of finished goods to uphold quality consistency.
- Assist in identifying root causes of recurring quality issues and recommend effective corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in gloves quality control.
- Educational qualification of at least Intermediate level (FA/FSc or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of glove construction, stitching, materials, sizing, and workmanship.
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify defects.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Responsible and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining strict quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with leather, textile, industrial, safety, or protective gloves is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
- Work location requires physical presence at the manufacturing facility.
