Citi Housing Private Limited is looking for a seasoned and results-driven professional to join as the General Manager – IT. This leadership role involves overseeing the company’s entire IT operations, ensuring the alignment of technology strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business software systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance overall organizational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Oversee IT systems, including networks, servers, cybersecurity measures, and data protection protocols.
- Manage various business software systems to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Ensure system reliability, data security, and business continuity across all IT functions.
- Drive IT projects, digital transformation efforts, and continuous system improvements.
- Supervise IT teams, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee technical support services.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant IT experience, with significant exposure to senior management roles.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT project management.
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Location

The position is based in Lahore, with occasional travel required to project offices.
