Citi Housing Private Limited is looking for a seasoned and results-driven professional to join the organization as General Manager – IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the company’s entire IT operations, ensuring the alignment of technology strategy with business goals. This role demands a proactive leader who can oversee IT infrastructure, safeguard data security, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance overall system performance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and technology strategy to support business objectives.
- Oversee IT systems, including networks, servers, cybersecurity measures, and data protection protocols.
- Manage various business software systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Ensure system reliability, data security, and maintain business continuity plans.
- Drive IT projects, digital transformation efforts, and continuous system improvements.
- Supervise IT teams, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee technical support services.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant IT experience, with substantial exposure to senior management roles.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT project management.
- Excellent leadership abilities combined with effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Location

This position is based in Lahore, with occasional travel required to project offices.
