ECSP Lahore is seeking qualified professionals to fill multiple positions including General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, and Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project operations from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and cost reports to maintain financial control.
- Conduct quantity surveying tasks including measurement, valuation, and cost analysis.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Support contract negotiations and manage procurement processes.
- Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance team performance and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management or quantity surveying, depending on the role applied for.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
