Go-To-Market Engineer

Compass Design Co. is seeking a skilled GTM Engineer to join our remote team and help build and optimize our go-to-market infrastructure. This role focuses on identifying the right prospects, automating repetitive processes, enhancing outreach efforts, and creating scalable growth workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with GTM systems and a strong passion for combining technology, automation, and sales growth strategies to drive impactful results. The working hours for this position are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize GTM infrastructure to support lead generation, prospecting, and outreach automation.
- Build scalable workflows that integrate various tools and platforms to streamline sales and marketing processes.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in growth operations.
- Utilize AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code solutions to enhance GTM systems.
- Implement data enrichment, lead scraping, segmentation, and qualification techniques to improve lead quality.
- Manage CRM systems and outreach automation to support sales workflows and improve conversion rates.
- Continuously experiment with and optimize GTM systems to maximize performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with technical implementations.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of practical experience as a GTM Engineer or in a similar role focused on growth infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of GTM systems, automation tools, and growth infrastructure best practices.
- Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and automate lead generation and prospecting workflows effectively.
- Experience with data enrichment, lead scraping, segmentation, and lead qualification processes.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, outreach automation, and sales workflow management.
- Ability to integrate multiple tools and platforms to create seamless and efficient GTM workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
