We are seeking a skilled GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain the technical systems that support our go-to-market operations. This role involves full-stack development, automation, API integrations, and GTM tooling to enhance how the company captures, enriches, segments, and engages leads. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem-solver who can work independently, understands business objectives, and translates them into reliable, scalable systems and automations. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours aligned to your time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, outbound activities, and reporting to support sales and marketing workflows.
- Develop internal tools and customer-facing integrations using clean, production-ready front-end and back-end code.
- Identify repetitive or manual GTM processes and automate them using a combination of custom code and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Integrate CRM, enrichment, marketing, and other business platforms through APIs and webhooks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new GTM technologies and tools, providing recommendations on when to build custom solutions versus leveraging existing platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to translate commercial goals into clear technical requirements.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and potential blockers proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with strong skills in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with GTM-related systems such as CRM integrations, outbound automation, lead enrichment, and webhooks.
- Solid expertise in API development and data integration, including building and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
- Comfortable combining custom development with no-code and low-code tools to optimize workflows.
- Strong understanding of multi-system workflows and data pipelines.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to independently scope, build, test, and deploy technical projects.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and systems-thinking mindset.
Preferred Qualifications and Culture Fit
- Takes ownership of complex and ambiguous problems, delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Thinks in terms of maintainable, scalable systems rather than quick fixes.
- Documents technical solutions thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance.
- Proactively communicates and flags blockers early to avoid delays.
- Comfortable discussing technical requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Balances technical quality with business priorities and speed of execution.
Typical Day
Your day-to-day activities will involve translating sales and marketing priorities into effective technical systems. Tasks may include building CRM integrations, connecting data enrichment providers, automating outbound workflows, troubleshooting webhooks, reviewing code, or evaluating new GTM tools. The role is primarily asynchronous, with collaboration and check-ins as needed. You will work closely with the technical team and GTM stakeholders to prioritize projects, solve problems, and continuously improve the company’s sales and marketing infrastructure.
Interview Process
The hiring process includes an AI screening, followed by a client interview, and concludes with the offer stage.
