Google Ads Expert (Health & Wellness Niche)

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert to join Technifirm’s team in Faisalabad, specializing in the health, wellness, and medical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and scale high-budget campaigns for healthcare, supplements, clinics, or wellness brands while maintaining strict compliance with Google’s policies. This role requires a performance marketer who is adept at creating high-converting campaigns that deliver strong ROI and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop, implement, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube platforms, specifically tailored to health and wellness clients.
Compliance Management: Expertly navigate Google’s stringent health and medical advertising policies to ensure ad accounts remain compliant, stable, and active.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain advanced tracking systems using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), configure conversion actions, and manage attribution models for accurate performance measurement.
Optimization & Scaling: Continuously test and refine ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Reporting: Provide clients with clear, transparent weekly and monthly performance reports, including actionable insights to inform campaign decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within the health, medical, supplement, or wellness niches.
- In-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising policies related to healthcare and pharmaceuticals to ensure compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data studio reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics, ROI, and data-driven decision-making.
