Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads for the firm’s legal services.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, write and test compelling ad copy, and manage bids and budgets effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, best practices, and compliance requirements to maintain campaign effectiveness and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in setting up, optimizing, and managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive ad copy tailored to legal services and target audiences.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as landing page optimization, lead generation funnels, and SEO as it relates to paid search.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience supported by Google Ads certifications.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently within an office environment.
