The Google Ads Specialist role at CoreUp is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, building, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various networks including search, display, and video. The specialist will manage all aspects of campaign execution, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copy creation and bid management. Continuous performance analysis and reporting are essential, alongside close collaboration with designers and developers to ensure landing pages and creatives effectively support campaign objectives. The role also involves testing new strategies, staying current with Google Ads best practices, and aligning campaigns with both client goals and CoreUp’s overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and other networks.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Write clear and compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage bids, budgets, and campaign settings to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics regularly, analyze results, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure landing pages and ad creatives support campaign objectives.
- Test new strategies and tactics to improve campaign results and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Align campaigns with client objectives and CoreUp’s broader marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats.
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in performance analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Ability to write persuasive ad copy and collaborate on landing page content that supports campaign goals.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies including conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Comfortable working remotely while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
