Google Ads Specialist – HNWI Lead Generation

Forecast Immigration Law Firm is seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist with a strong track record in generating high-quality leads for premium services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing campaigns that attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) interested in Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires a strategic mindset focused on quality over quantity—understanding that securing a small number of qualified investors is far more valuable than generating a large volume of irrelevant inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage effective Google Search, Display, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads of HNWIs interested in Citizenship by Investment and Golden Visa programs.
- Target premium audiences both within Pakistan and in international markets.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency per qualified lead.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM integration to monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead-to-client conversion processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in generating leads for premium or high-ticket services.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads platform, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to provide evidence of previous campaign performance with measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in investment migration, luxury real estate, wealth management, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
