Google Ads Specialist

Bobo's Appliances is seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to enhance sales performance across its US retail locations and expanding ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ecommerce advertising, Google Merchant Center management, and CRM tracking, with a strong focus on driving actual sales and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to campaign management, data analysis, and collaboration with sales and creative teams to optimize advertising efforts and improve return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing channels.
- Oversee budgets and bidding strategies to maximize sales, ROAS, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Set up and administer Google Merchant Center, including product feeds, website integrations, shipping settings, and product eligibility.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and custom labels to improve Shopping campaign performance.
- Align advertising campaigns with inventory levels, product categories, store locations, and profitability metrics.
- Implement and validate GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking for purchases, transaction values, calls, and enquiries, including enhanced conversions.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, purchase, and revenue generation.
- Integrate CRM data with Google Ads through offline conversion imports to optimize campaigns for qualified leads and completed sales.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and identify revenue-generating campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, negative keyword management, and competitor analysis.
- Test and refine ad copy, creative assets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Work with website and creative teams to enhance product pages and improve checkout conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide detailed reports on spend, sales, ROAS, acquisition costs, and scaling opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven mid-to-senior level experience managing Google Ads accounts independently.
- Strong background in ecommerce advertising, particularly with Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and Google Merchant Center.
- Practical experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and offline conversion imports.
- Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and conversion tracking methodologies.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets targeting the US market.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in retail, appliances, or multi-location business environments is advantageous.
- The position requires working strictly onsite from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
- Compensation ranges from Rs120,000 to Rs180,000 per month.
- This role is based in-person at the company’s location, emphasizing close collaboration with internal teams.
