Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and organize assignments using Google productivity tools such as Google Classroom, Google Docs, and related applications.
- Upload and maintain course materials, ensuring all content is clearly structured and accessible to learners.
- Track assignment submissions and monitor learner progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with instructors and program leads to update content, deadlines, and assignment details as needed.
- Provide basic guidance and support to learners on the use of Google-based tools and troubleshoot common issues.
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, submissions, and learner data in accordance with internal processes.
- Report key updates, challenges, or issues to supervisors to support continuous improvement of assignment workflows.
- Collaborate effectively within a structured, education-focused team environment based on-site in Karachi South District.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google productivity tools including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Classroom for assignment creation and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments, deadlines, and records efficiently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with learners, instructors, and colleagues.
- Basic technical proficiency and comfort troubleshooting common issues with online tools and platforms.
- High attention to detail when verifying assignment instructions, submission statuses, and learner information.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District and collaborate within a team-oriented educational setting.
- Completion of secondary education is required.
