Join Google’s innovative team as a Lead Field Sales Representative within Google for Education, where your expertise in technology sales and customer success will drive growth by promoting cutting-edge advertising and education technology solutions. You will focus on advancing the adoption of Google’s education portfolio—including Chromebooks, Workspace for Education, and AI tools like Gemini—across K-12 and Higher Education institutions. This role involves building trusted relationships with senior education leaders, leading strategic go-to-market initiatives, and contributing to the transformation of learning environments worldwide. You will have the opportunity to influence global projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a meaningful impact on education through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed sales targets by securing landmark agreements and fostering cross-product partnerships, ranking within the top 5% of the organization.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to CxO-level executives across the education sector, extending influence beyond individual accounts.
- Initiate, lead, and deliver high-impact regional and global projects with visibility to Managing Directors and Vice Presidents, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives that exemplify Google’s core values, while promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology sales or customer-facing sales roles.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Over 10 years of experience in technology sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven success in driving technology adoption strategies at regional or global levels.
- Experience leading large-scale go-to-market initiatives and negotiating significant agreements.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across matrixed organizations, including Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Recognized thought leadership within the EdTech or broader education sector.
