Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis during the night shift. Working from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Pakistan Time, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into visually engaging content that elevates our agency’s and clients’ brands. Your primary focus will be on graphic design, with exciting opportunities to enhance your work through video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. This role offers a dynamic environment where creativity meets collaboration, allowing you to contribute across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling social media graphics, advertising creatives, website banners, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Maintain consistent branding by adhering to established typography, color schemes, and layout standards.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure design objectives are met and projects are aligned with overall strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines efficiently, and refine designs based on constructive feedback to achieve the best results.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for creating high-quality graphic designs.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design as well as video editing and production.
- Solid understanding of design principles including composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and storytelling techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with team members.
- Availability to work full-time during the night shift hours of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Pakistan Time.
