Graphic Designer (2-3 Years)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Figma for UI/UX design, video editing, and creating engaging social media content. This role involves close collaboration with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM, and this is an in-person position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly UI layouts and components using Figma.
- Assist in creating website and mobile app mockups.
- Edit and produce both short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
- Create creative content for social media posts, advertisements, stories, and reels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and help execute design campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve output quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Figma, particularly for UI/UX design.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content design best practices.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
