LearnTech is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our eLearning Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that enhance eLearning courses, corporate training materials, and various digital content. This role demands proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Canva to create engaging, creative, and brand-aligned designs that support our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, and layouts tailored for eLearning courses and digital learning materials.
- Develop visual assets for presentations, manuals, workbooks, and corporate branding efforts.
- Create user interface elements and course interfaces using Figma to improve learner experience.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and deliver final creative assets in line with project specifications and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions on eLearning tools provided by the company.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 2D Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong skills in branding, layout design, and typography.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Experience working on eLearning or instructional design projects is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
- Competencies such as visual communication, storyboard artistry, environment design, layout and composition, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site, fostering close collaboration with the team and ensuring seamless integration of design elements within the eLearning framework. Training on specific eLearning tools will be provided to support professional growth and project success.
