Graphic Designer Female

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and create visually appealing, on-brand graphics for various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to translate design briefs into compelling visuals. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi, with the office relocating next month from Johar to Park Towers Clifton. Therefore, candidates must be able to commute to the new location once the move takes place.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze design briefs to understand project requirements
- Plan project schedules and manage budget constraints
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on client needs
- Prepare rough drafts and present design proposals for review
- Create illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using software or hand-drawing techniques
- Select appropriate colors, layouts, and typography for each project
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs
- Test graphics across different media to ensure quality and consistency
- Revise designs based on feedback and client input
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of video editing software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines consistently
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is considered an advantage
