Graphic designer for packaging

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer with expertise in custom packaging design, 3D mockups, and preparing print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background and technical skills to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet client specifications and production requirements. This role requires close collaboration with the production team to ensure designs are both visually appealing and feasible for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Create accurate dielines and 3D mockups to visualize packaging concepts.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files, ensuring all technical specifications are met for production.
- Collaborate with printers and material suppliers to select appropriate materials and finishing techniques.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout the design process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in creating packaging dielines and 3D mockups.
- Solid understanding of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques used in packaging production.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous packaging design work is mandatory for consideration.
