Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs across various media, including print, digital, and web platforms. This role requires a collaborative mindset to work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that align with brand identity and business objectives. The position is full-time, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Development: Create visually compelling and high-quality designs for print, digital, and web media, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Collaboration: Partner effectively with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

- Conceptualization: Develop creative ideas and design concepts that meet the objectives of each project.

- Branding: Maintain and enhance brand consistency by applying cohesive design standards across all materials.

- Technical Skills: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to produce polished and professional work.

- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

- Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative design projects.

- Proficiency in key design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch is advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate within a team environment.

- Experience in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines is highly valued.
