Graphic Designer

Codistan Ventures is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at transforming ordinary ideas into compelling, visually engaging content. The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong creative sense for typography, layouts, colors, and branding. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work full-time onsite, contributing to the creation of social media posts, marketing materials, and other digital content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into eye-catching designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality graphics and illustrations.
- Employ Canva and AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Maintain an organized portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for detail in typography, color schemes, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience designing engaging social media content and marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-based design applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is highly desirable and considered a bonus.
- Competitive monthly salary of PKR 90,000.
