Plutus21 is looking for a skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, communications, and digital platforms. This remote, project-based role involves working on a variety of creative assignments as they come up. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to translate ideas and briefs into clear, engaging, and consistent visual assets that align with the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, layouts, banners, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Create presentation decks and other business-facing visual materials.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes suitable for various digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, product, and other teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Generate creative concepts based on project briefs and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed to meet project requirements.
- Organize and maintain design files and reusable assets efficiently for easy access and future use.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards and reflect the brand’s identity accurately.
- Stay updated on current trends in graphic design and visual communication to keep work fresh and relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design projects.
- Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective and engaging visual designs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities efficiently.
