Plutus21 is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, communications, and digital platforms. This is a remote, project-based freelance position where assignments will be given according to upcoming creative and design needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen creative eye, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to transform ideas and briefs into clear, engaging, and consistent visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, reports, and various communication materials.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, layouts, banners, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Design materials that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Produce presentation decks and other business-oriented visual documents.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes suitable for different platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, product, and other teams on creative projects.
- Generate creative concepts based on project briefs and requirements.
- Revise designs according to feedback and project needs.
- Organize and maintain design files and reusable assets efficiently.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards and align with the brand identity.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in graphic design and visual communication.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
