Graphic Designer

Codersify is seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating compelling visuals and videos that effectively communicate our brand message and support client campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to transform creative briefs into engaging content, ensuring consistency across all designs and video materials. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Clifton Block 9, Karachi, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

- Design eye-catching social media posts, advertising creatives, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, and social media advertisements to enhance engagement.
- Generate AI-based images and videos to support marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics to enrich video content.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all design and video projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage revisions efficiently and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.

Required Qualifications

- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software such as Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Ability to craft effective AI prompts and refine AI-generated content into polished, professional creatives.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Familiarity with current social media formats, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
