Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and be proficient in industry-standard design software. This role requires a creative individual who can effectively translate concepts into visually appealing designs while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging visual content for various digital and print media.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Apply strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition to enhance brand identity.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to refine final outputs.
- Work independently and as part of a team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe XD, or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, and visual composition.
- Excellent communication skills and effective time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory for consideration.

Compensation and Work Location:
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs 21,000 to Rs 85,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated workplace.
