We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including social media content, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts that adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce effective visual content that drives engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design projects while maintaining consistency across all materials.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements to meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual composition.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is essential for this role.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month.
