Key Responsibilities
- Design creative visual content for social media platforms, paid digital campaigns (including Meta, Google, TikTok), and app store listings.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Content Lead and digital marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines for colors, typography, and layout across all designs.
- Prepare and optimize artwork tailored to various platforms, such as feeds, stories, reels, and display ads.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Organize design files and assets systematically to facilitate easy reuse across different campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across social media, digital advertising, and campaign creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with familiarity in AI design tools considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing quick turnarounds effectively.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Lahore, Pakistan.
