Pinetrix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing professional visual content across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, website layouts, presentations, and branding assets. This role requires collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate project requirements into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs that align with both client and internal brand identities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop logos, typography systems, and other visual elements to support branding efforts.
- Design graphics for digital platforms and print materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
- Prepare final artwork and maintain organized design files for easy access and future use.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and materials.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs through an iterative process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication principles.
- Proven experience in logo design, branding, and identity development.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design work.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into effective visual designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept feedback constructively and improve designs accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Familiarity with UI and UX principles, digital marketing, or web design is an advantage.
