Graphic Designer

MarQon Technologies is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their team in Lahore. The company specializes in AI automation and performance-driven digital strategies, creating conversion-focused websites, apps, and AI-powered conversational agents that help businesses engage and convert clients effectively. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding efforts, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals. This full-time, on-site position requires close collaboration with marketing, development, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals that support both client projects and internal branding needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and UI/UX support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into clear and engaging designs.
- Refine and revise existing designs based on feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare design files optimized for both web and print formats.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
- Ability to create effective logo designs and branding concepts aligned with client strategies and market positioning.
- Proficiency in typography and layout principles to produce visually appealing and readable designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and web design fundamentals, including responsive design and asset optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
