Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Visual Assets: Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, logos, and product packaging that align with brand standards and project goals.
- Develop Concepts: Brainstorm and execute innovative visual ideas that meet project briefs and support company objectives.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with copywriters, marketing professionals, and creative directors to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Refine Designs: Prepare rough drafts, present ideas effectively, and revise layouts based on constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality output.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure all visual materials adhere to established brand identity guidelines across both print and digital media.
- Manage Deadlines: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality while meeting strict delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and overall visual aesthetics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly present ideas and explain design decisions.

Compensation and Work Location

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs85,000. This is an in-person position requiring the candidate to work onsite.
