Graphic Designer

UPEPE Media, the Lahore branch of a New York–based signage company, specializes in design, marketing, and operations for busy sign shops serving clients across New York City and New Jersey. We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team on-site at our Johar Town office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, creating impactful visual solutions for a diverse range of signage and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design sign mockups and proofs for customer approval, including storefront signs, channel letters, banners, vehicle graphics, and window decals.
- Develop logos and brand identities, ensuring consistency in logo design, color palettes, and branding across various materials.
- Perform photo manipulation and compositing by integrating signs onto real storefront photos to create realistic mockups.
- Create posters, flyers, and other print materials that effectively communicate marketing messages.
- Design social media graphics and marketing visuals to support our brand websites and digital channels.
- Prepare print-ready production files with accurate dimensions, bleeds, and color specifications to ensure high-quality output.
- Respond promptly to revisions based on customer and team feedback to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong skills in vector artwork and image manipulation.
- A portfolio demonstrating proven logo and branding work.
- A creative eye with strong typography, layout skills, and original design thinking beyond template-based work.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, including scale, resolution, CMYK color mode, and the differences between vector and raster graphics.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with signage or large-format printing is highly desirable.
- Competitive market-based salary ranging from Rs85,000 to Rs125,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time, on-site position located in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Evening shift schedule aligned with US Eastern business hours, approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, offering a unique opportunity to work with international clients and teams.
