Graphic Designer

BrainX Technologies is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design and hands-on experience in video editing, with the ability to leverage modern AI-powered creative tools. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content across digital platforms, campaigns, branding, and product communication. The successful candidate will bring ideas to life through both static and motion content, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate creative briefs, marketing requirements, and business objectives into impactful visual concepts and design solutions.
- Develop compelling visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, paid advertisements, presentations, branding materials, and product marketing.
- Produce and edit engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, campaign videos, product showcases, and other short-form digital media.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to generate creative concepts for campaigns, branding initiatives, product promotions, and digital communications.
- Utilize AI-powered design, image, and video generation tools for ideation, experimentation, content creation, and production.
- Refine and enhance AI-generated visual and video assets to meet quality, creative, and brand standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Create visual assets that reinforce product branding, positioning, launches, and promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, brand design, or a related creative field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, digital content, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in video editing, with the ability to independently produce professional short-form and promotional video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent creative software.
- Experience using modern AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation, ideation, or content production.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, brand consistency, and digital design principles.
- Proven ability to create content tailored for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and product-focused communication.
- Strong collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to iterate quickly on creative work.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
