We focus on maximizing occupancy, streamlining operations, accelerating turnover, and enhancing resident experiences within multifamily, affordable housing, build-to-rent, and community-focused living environments. Our approach is modern, technology-enabled, and people-centric, emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement. We are currently looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team remotely, working U.S. Central Time hours. This role involves creating high-quality digital advertising content to promote our multifamily property portfolio, including static images, videos, and carousel ads for platforms like Meta. The goal is to highlight property features, amenities, and leasing offers to support marketing campaigns and increase leasing interest.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging static, video, and carousel advertisements tailored for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Develop visual content that showcases property features, amenities, floor plans, and leasing promotions.
- Produce multiple creative variations to facilitate A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all property marketing materials and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into compelling visual content.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback, campaign needs, and performance data.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within digital advertising or property marketing sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to create static ads, video creatives, and carousel advertisements for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising formats, visual storytelling techniques, and creative testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required for consideration.
