Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills and a flair for creative thinking, enabling them to develop visually appealing content that effectively supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality designs on time while staying current with design trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics, images, illustrations, and other visual content for various company needs.
- Create marketing materials such as infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional designs.
- Develop innovative creative ideas and visual concepts aligned with company requirements.
- Utilize graphic design and AI tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Leonardo AI, and Midjourney to produce and enhance designs.
- Edit and refine existing designs to ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and meet project deadlines.
- Take ownership of design tasks, exercise independent judgment when appropriate, and communicate ideas clearly.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques to continuously improve work quality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and familiarity with AI-based design tools.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Effective planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, critical thinking abilities, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
