ADSnDESIGN is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in print and packaging design. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and a strong creative flair for developing packaging, product labels, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, and other promotional materials. This full-time, on-site position is based in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, and requires a candidate who can work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging elements such as boxes, labels, stickers, and tags.
- Create marketing collateral including leaflets, brochures, catalogs, and flyers.
- Develop branding materials and product mockups to support marketing efforts.
- Prepare print-ready artwork ensuring accurate dimensions, bleed, and dielines.
- Produce social media graphics and digital advertisements as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of print-specific concepts including CMYK, RGB, DPI, bleed, dielines, and printing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in print and packaging design is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
This role is exclusively open to candidates based in Lahore due to the on-site work requirement at the DHA Phase 4 office. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available. Candidates with portfolios that demonstrate relevant print and packaging design work are highly encouraged to apply. This position focuses primarily on print and packaging design rather than social media content creation.
