We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for both digital and print media. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to bring innovative ideas to life. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality designs for digital and print media, ensuring each piece aligns with the overall brand identity.
- Develop graphics tailored for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to generate creative concepts that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all platforms to strengthen brand recognition.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design ideas into projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative and diverse design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills paired with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Previous experience working in an agency or a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Work Location
