The Educators is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a specialization in print media to join their Marketing Team at the KAECHS (Admin Society), Block 7, Karachi location. This role requires a creative professional who is proficient in designing print marketing materials and has a solid understanding of the technical aspects involved in print production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with various print mediums and finishing techniques, ensuring high-quality output for brochures, flyers, banners, and other collateral.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout print marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, prospectuses, banners, signage, and standees with a strong focus on typographic hierarchy and visual appeal.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring correct color modes (CMYK), bleed and margin setups, and image resolution standards (300 DPI) are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver print-ready designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage prepress file preparation and liaise with print vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs across various print mediums such as offset, digital, and screen printing.
- Apply knowledge of paper stocks, GSM, and finishing techniques including embossing, foil stamping, spot UV, and dye-cutting to enhance the quality and impact of printed materials.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong technical understanding of print production processes including color management, bleed and margin setup, and image resolution standards.
- In-depth knowledge of different print mediums and finishing techniques.
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in graphic design with a strong emphasis on print media production.
- Ability to produce visually compelling layouts that effectively communicate marketing messages.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a marketing environment or within an educational institution is advantageous.
- Salary range offered is Rs21,000 to Rs85,000 per month, reflecting experience and skill level.
- This is an in-person role based at the Karachi office, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic marketing team.
