Graphic Designer (Product+Cosmrtic)

WBM Pvt. Ltd., based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a focus on Product and Packaging Design. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in creating product visuals, packaging, labels, and print-ready artwork while ensuring brand consistency. This full-time role involves collaborating with multiple teams to deliver creative packaging solutions that align with product requirements and company branding.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing packaging for various WBM products, including labels, boxes, pouches, cartons, and stickers.
- Develop product artwork and marketing visuals for both new and existing product lines.
- Create packaging concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork, ensuring correct dimensions, bleeds, dielines, and color specifications.
- Produce product mockups and visual presentations for internal reviews and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, sales, and production teams to meet project goals.
- Revise and modify existing packaging designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding elements such as typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity across all products.
- Coordinate with printing vendors, review print proofs, and ensure quality control during production.
- Organize and maintain source files, ensuring proper file formats are used for production.
- Stay current with trends in packaging, branding, and graphic design to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on product or packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience in creating packaging and print-ready artwork.
- Strong understanding of CMYK, Pantone color systems, typography, dielines, bleeds, and printing processes.
- Solid grasp of composition, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating product and packaging design expertise is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in industries such as FMCG, food products, consumer goods, retail, cosmetics, or e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
