Direct2Success IT Solutions, a dynamic digital services company specializing in SEO, digital marketing, UI/UX design, web development, and IT infrastructure, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join their team. Based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, this full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse marketing and digital projects primarily aligned with US clients. The position requires working evening hours from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (US Time) and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a variety of marketing materials including advertisements, social media posts, brochures, and banners.
- Develop visual concepts that align with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Transform client briefs and initial ideas into polished, professional designs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in UI/UX design is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of web design, motion graphics, and video editing will be an added benefit.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
