Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling and click-worthy thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Conduct research on trends, references, and competitor content to inspire and inform creative concepts.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and craft effective prompts to generate and improve visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand project briefs and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Experiment with layouts, colors, and imagery to maximize the visual impact of thumbnails.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all thumbnail designs.
- Manage multiple design requests efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to conduct thorough research, explore references, and develop innovative design concepts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and proficiency in writing effective prompts to generate and enhance creative assets.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, with the ability to create professional and visually appealing designs.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
