Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of design principles, branding, and printing processes. This role requires the ability to produce visually appealing and professional designs across various platforms, including both digital and print materials. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with different departments to ensure all creative outputs meet client expectations and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for a variety of print materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, packaging, labels, bags, banners, and signage.
- Create engaging social media posts, promotional creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare print-ready artwork that adheres to specified sizes and technical requirements.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and production teams to deliver accurate and timely design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of printing and pre-press standards is advantageous.
- Strong creative thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into professional design work.
- Effective communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience working in a printing or advertising company is preferred.
- This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The role is based on-site at Main G.T. Road, near New City Phase 2.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
- Salary is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience, ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000 per month.
