Graphic Designer/Video Editor

As a Full-Time Graphic Designer/Video Editor at CrumbsX, you will play a vital role in bringing creative ideas to life through visually compelling designs and engaging video content. Your work will contribute to strengthening the brand’s identity across various platforms by producing marketing collateral and multimedia assets. Key Responsibilities
- Design visually impactful graphics for digital campaigns and print materials, ensuring they meet client objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Create diverse visual assets including business logos, social media graphics, digital illustrations, and video content.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos using software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender.
- Develop creative concepts informed by data analysis, customer insights, brand strategy, and current industry trends.
- Conduct thorough research on the brand to prepare detailed plans, concepts, and layouts for graphic and video projects.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to fully understand project requirements, goals, and deadlines.
- Stay current with evolving design and video editing trends and integrate them into your work.
- Review and proof all creative outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related field.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of professional experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing digital media and video projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Blender.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with 3D video creation is considered an advantage.
- This position requires onsite presence and is specifically open to candidates based in Faisalabad. Remote applications will not be considered.
- The monthly salary range for this role is Rs20,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
