Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Editor will be a full-time, on-site team member responsible for designing and editing visual content that supports NIC Lahore’s corporate identity and marketing efforts. This includes creating graphics for social media platforms, presentations, brochures, event collateral, and motion graphics for video content. The role requires close collaboration with the communications and incubation teams to develop creative concepts, refine visual assets, and ensure brand consistency across all digital and print channels. Daily tasks involve preparing design files for production, maintaining an organized asset library, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback. The Graphic Editor must deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design for both digital and print media.
- Experience in developing and maintaining corporate identity and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and basic animation tailored for video and social media content.
- Ability to design and edit brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- A demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative, detail-oriented design work across various formats.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to constructively incorporate feedback.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
