Graphics Designer - UI/UX Designer

AshreiTech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphics Designer / UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position at NASTP offers a unique opportunity to create compelling visuals and intuitive digital experiences. The role requires working the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 150,000. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics including social media creatives, banners, carousels, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather project requirements, discuss design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Present design ideas clearly and manage client revisions and expectations professionally.
- Maintain consistent branding, including typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate design implementation.
- Ensure responsive layouts and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a combined design role.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Canva Pro is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and user-centered design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and understand their business objectives.
- Confidence in presenting design concepts, explaining creative decisions, and integrating client feedback effectively.
- Keen attention to detail in typography, color consistency, layout, usability, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly those based in the US, is highly desirable.
- A professional portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
